ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHY
I take pictures because I want to share what I see with people.
I've always had the ability (and inclination) to spot the little things in life - the stray leaf on the pavement, the flower sprouting up out of nowhere, the architecture of a building I've passed a million times. And now I take pleasure in capturing those random moments and sharing them with you.
My photography reflects my path in life - my interests, my journeys, my perspective.
Although I often go on photography shoots, I prefer my photography to have more of a spontaneousness to it. I never want to force a shot but instead revel in being able to capture something just as it is in that moment.
ABOUT BUYING PRINTS
If you like one of my photos (and it doesn't matter whether it's on one of my "prints for sale" pages or one of my everyday shots), pleae let me know. I can print any of my photos for you. I'm in the process of putting together a price list but in the meantime, email me at laura@laurakinker.com with the print you want and the size and I'll let you know the cost and we'll figure it out from there.
You can also visit Fine Art America to purchase some of my prints. They'll also allow you to mat and frame the photo if you want.
